Electuaries are our wildcrafted blends of finely ground herbs mixed in honey & left in to infuse, resulting in a luxurious herbal honey to add to warm milk, herbal teas or eat straight off the spoon! All of our electuaries are made here in small batches on our farm, the herbs either grown organically in our gardens, foraged or sourced from trusted farmers who uphold earth-honouring standards.
